3 things I learned in my adulthood that will lead you to a joyful life.

Reader,

Adulthood is complex. Isn't it?

It's like navigating through a city without a map and believe me when I tell you, nobody has it figured out!
There are three things of prime importance to leading a joyful life as you grow older:

1) Your self-worth is not attached to your career
In this age of competitiveness, it's very easy to forget what you bring to the table other than the things your job demands from you.

Your work, small or huge, is valued and so are you.

2) Go slow
The key to multitasking and managing stress is to go slow!
When your head gets junked up, take one day, one hour, or even one minute at a time and focus on that.

3) Don't forget your passion
While managing family, friends, and work, we forget ourselves.
Go on that trip, get that hair color done because you like it.
It's important to keep your inner child alive.

Adulthood peaks when you know to find joy in problems too.

Reply "YES" if you want to lead a joyful life :)

Until Soon,
Donnalynn
